This fantastic 28 day tour of India gives a glimpse of all the aspects of the Great Indian Civilisation with 5000 years of recorded history. Most of the historic and cultural destinations in India have been covered in this tour. Though we race across the Indian subcontinent at a fast pace, this tours offers a value for money experience of India. This is a tour specially crafted for School and College students coming to India from schools and colleges outside India.
 
Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival – New Delhi:

Upon your arrival in India you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel. Day for rest after a long flight. Overnight is in New Delhi.

Day 2: New Delhi

Full day sightseeing of this historic capital city. We first visit the Kutub Minar and then the Lovely Lotus Temple.In the afternoon we drive past the India Gate and then  visit the Samadhi of the Great Leader Mahatma Gandhi and then the Red Fort.

Day 3: New Delhi - Agra

Take the train in the morning to Agra. Reach Agra in 3 hours and transfer to hotel. After lunch go for sightseeing of the Taj Mahal. Overnight is at Agra.
 
 
 

Day 4: Agra - Varanasi

Morning is free at leisure. In the afternoon visit the Agra Fort. Evening is for shopping.Take the Train to Varanasi from Agra Fort station at 21.15 hrs.

Day 5: Varanasi

Reach Varanasi at 9.30 am and transfer to hotel. After lunch go for sightseeing of The Temples of Varanasi Overnight is at Varanasi

Day 6: Varanasi

Go for the early morning boat ride on the Ganges. Return to Hotel for Breakfast. After Breakfast leave for a tour of Sarnath. Take the train to Jaipur at 5.20 pm

 
 

Day 7: Jaipur

Reach Jaipur at 11.30 am and transfer to hotel. In the evening visit the Birla Temple

Day 8: Jaipur

Morning visit the Amber Fort. Evening is free for shopping in the Bapu Market.

Day 9: Jaipur - Jodhpur

Take the train to Jodhpur at 11.20 am. Reach Jodhpur at 18.20 pm and transfer to hotel

Day 10: Jodhpur

Full day sightseeing of Jodhpur. Overnight Jodhpur
 
 
 

Day 11: Sawai Madhopur

Take the Intercity Express to Sawai Madhpour at 05.45 am. Reach Sawai Madhopur at 1300 hrs and transfer to hotel. Evening at Leisure

Day 12: Ranthambhore National Park

Go for the early morning safari into the park. Evening at Leisure

Day 13: Ranthambhore – Sawai Madhopur - Mumbai

Go for another safari into the park in the morning. In the evening take the train to Mumbai.
 
 

 

Day 14: Mumbai

Reach Mumbai in the morning and transfer to hotel. After lunch go for half day sightseeing of Mumbai. Overnight is at Mumbai

Day 15: Mumbai - Aurangabad

Half day sightseeing of Mumbai. In the evening take the train to Aurangabad.

Day 16: Aurangabad

Reach Aurangabad in the early morning and transfer to Hotel. Full day sightseeing of Ajanta Caves. Overnight is at Aurangabad

Day 17: Aurangabad

In the morning we visit the Daulatabad fort and the Ellora caves. In the evening take train to Mumbai.
 
 
 

Day 18: Mumbai - Cochin

Reach Mumbai and take the train to Cochin.

Day 19: Cochin

Reach Cochin and transfer to hotel. Evening is at leisure.

Day 20: Cochin - Munnar

Transfer to Munnar by car/coach after some local sightseeing of Cochin. Reach Munnar in 4 hours and check into hotel. Overnight is at Munnar.

Day 21: Munnar - Thekkady

Local sightseeing of Munnar and then transfer to Thekkady by car in 3 hours. In the afternoon go for the Safai into the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Overnight is at thekkady.

Day 22: Thekkady – Kottayam

Transfer to Kotayam after breakfast. In the evening go for the boat cruise on the back waters of Kerala.

Day 23: Thekkady – Kotayam - Kanyakumari

Transfer to station to take the train to Kanyakumari at 11 am. Reach Kanayakumari by 17.10 hrs. and transfer to hotel.
 
 
 

Day 24: Kanyakumari - Madurai

In the morning go to the Vivekananda Rock memorial and Temple. In the afternoon transfer by car to Madurai. Reach Madurai in 4 hours and transfer to hotel. In the evening visit the Meenakshi Temple.

Day 25: Madurai – Rameshwaram - Madurai

After breakfast full day excursion to Rameshwaram. Overnight is at Madurai

Day 26: Trichy - Tanjavore

Transfer to Trichy by car. See the temple at Trichy and then in the afternoon visit the Tanjavore Temple. In the evening take the train from Tanjavore at 19.10 hrs

Day 27: Bangalore

Reach Bangalore station at 6.05 am and transfer to Hotel. Half day sightseeing of this fantastic IT City after lunch. Overnight is at Bangalore

Day 28: Bangalore

Take your flight out to your Hometown. Tour ends Thank you. Take back fantastic memories of India and like Mark Twain said.....
