Day 01: Mumbai - Amman
Depart from Mumbai to
Amman at 5.15 am.
Arrive at Amman Int.
Airport at 8.15 am.
After airport
formalities, proceed to
Madaba -the land of fruit and water.
Continue on to
Mt. Nebo,
believed to be the
burial site of Moses.
After lunch proceed to
your hotel. Dinner is at hotel.
Overnight is in Amman.
Day 02: Amman - Jericho - Mt. Tabor -
Tiberias
Drive across border
into
Israel and arrive at
the Holy land.
Jericho, the oldest city in
the world, and proceed to
Mt. Tabor, visit the
Church of Transfiguration.
Mount of Beatitudes to see the
Church where Jesus gave the Sermon of the Mount.
Depart to Tabgha where
we visit the
Church of Multiplication and the
Church of St Peters
Primacy.
Go to
Sea of Galilee
for a boat ride and Lunch on local fish delicacy.
Visit the site
of Baptismal of Jesus.
Visit
Church of Wedding
Feast, Jesus performed his first miracle of changing Water into
Wine.
Visit the
Mary’s well.
Overnight is in
Nazareth.
Day 03: Tiberias - Caesarea - Haifa -
Jaffa - Jerusalem
Drive to
Caesarea,
built by Herod the Great, where Peter baptized the centurion Cornelius.
See the
Roman Amphitheatre,
the Aqueduct and many other ruins.
Continue on to
Mount Carmel in Haifa,
Israel’s third largest city.
See the
Bahai Shrine &
gardens.
Next stop is
Jaffa, which
like Venice and Genoa, is a great port of ancient times.
Walk through
Jaffa’s reconstructed
Artist’s Quarter.
Drive through the
bustling city of
Tel Aviv on your way to Jerusalem.
Dinner and overnight is
at your hotel in
Bethlehem.
Day 04: Jerusalem - Bethlehem
Drive to
Mount of Olives
for a breath-taking view of the city.
Visit
Pater Noster Church,
the Dominus Flevit, Church of All Nations & Garden of Gethsemane.
Proceed to
Mount Zion, Room of
The Last Supper, King David’s Tomb, Dormition Abbey and
St. Peter’s Church.
Next
Bethlehem,
birth place of Jesus. Visit the
Church of Nativity and
Shepherd’s Fields.
Continue to
Ein Karem,
visit the
Basilica of Visitation and
Church of St. John the
Baptist.
Dinner and overnight is
at your hotel.
Day 05: Jerusalem - Qumran - Dead Sea
Enter the old city(of
Jerusalem). Stop at the
Pool of Bethesda, where Jesus healed a blind man.
Visit the
Church of St. Anne.
Then follow the
Via Dolorosa
(14 Stations of the Cross) starting at the
Church of Flagellation
(Lithostratos) to the
Church of The Holy Sepulchre.
On to
Mount Moriah,
visit the
Western Wall.
Ascend the
Temple Mount
to the
Mosque El Aksa, the
Dome of the Rock.
Continue to
Qumran where
the
Dead Sea Scrolls were found.
Then on to the
Dead Sea, the
lowest spot on earth, experience floating on its mineral rich waters.
Dinner and overnight is
at your hotel.
Day 06: Jerusalem - Amman
Breakfast at hotel.
Drive across the border
into
Amman.
Overnight is in
Amman
Day 07: Amman - Mumbai
Morning is at leisure.
Afternoon check out, go
for
local tour of Amman.
Take night flight to
Mumbai.
Day 08: Mumbai
Reach
Mumbai in the
morning.
